The Product Platforms & Sustainable Solutions (PPSS) Team is responsible for the product management activities related to investment products in scope of PPSS globally. Products in scope are Alternative Funds, Mutual Funds, Insurance Products as well as Sustainable Solutions. In scope platforms are Capital Markets (including Equities, Bonds, Structured Products and Derivatives) as well as any other platforms related to products or investment services.

The Alternatives team, within the PPSS group of the International Private Bank (IPB) is responsible for building and developing an alternatives proposition for a broad range of private clients globally.

You will manage all in-scope products within the region, working hand in hand with regional Advisory & Services (A&S) and the Chief Investment Officer (CIO).

Your key responsibilities

  • Supporting the execution and successful delivery of new alternative investments product launches of European vehicles, including working closely with internal and external stakeholders in the region
  • Engage with structuring, research, A&S, product specialists, legal, compliance, technology, and operations stakeholders to learn how to improve the process and collaborate with external structuring providers to deliver scalable, robust solutions
  • Support private markets lifecycle across subscription, capital call and distribution process with internal stakeholders while working to make efficiencies in the process
  • Support after sales queries to deliver scalable client reporting solutions and manage product queries from product specialists and A&S

Your skills and experience

  • Previous experience in the alternatives investment industry, particularly in private markets in a product management role
  • Experience in European structured solutions (such as European Long Term Investment Fund (ELTIF), Lux Undertakings for Collective Investment (UCI) Part II, Lux Reserved Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF) to market desirable
  • Exhibit strong communication (verbally & written), interpersonal and organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Team player, self-motivated and ability to manage multiple projects with numerous stakeholders that can deliver projects in tight timeframes
  • Ability to use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint effectively
